| The Mitchelton Rotary Club were invited back to contest the Barefoot Bowls Challenge with the newly formed Moreton Bay Region Cluster. Although Mitchelton are now in the Western Cluster we were welcomed back with open arms by our old friends from Albany Creek and Aspley. It was great to meet the members of the Kippa Ring North Lakes Club even though they stole the trophy away from us. It was a great afternoon of fun and fellowship and even the rather impressive thunder/hail storm couldn’t dampen our spirits. We’ve been invited along again next year to have an opportunity to win the trophy back. Thanks to all at Albany Creek for organising a wonderful afternoon! |
