Laurel street Community Library is Open
 
Hi Community!
It is with great pleasure that we can unveil the first of Mitchelton Rotary Club's four community street libraries is now operational, this library is located on Laurel street opposite Enoggera State School. This has been a great project to be involved in and the enthusiasm from local community organisations jumping on board to care take a street library is amazing! The next to open with their own unique design will be hosted by Picabeen Community Centre ,which will open in a few weeks time.
A big thank you goes out to the Ferny grove mens shed located at the Ferny Grove Tramway Museum for the construction Doyles Timber and Hardware on @BlackwoodstreetMicthelton and Bunnings Warehouse Australia Keperra for the donated materials, also a big thank you to Mel and Arthur for the beautiful design and sturdy positioning.
