Mitchelton Rotary Street Library project 

 
Hello Community! The Mitchelton Rotary Club are excited to share with you some secret squirrel business that has been happening through Covid. We have teamed up with the Ferny Grove Men's Shed located at the Brisbane Tramway Museum to build the first two Street libraries that will be delivered to the community when the final touches have been added. 
 
A big thank you to Ken, Barrie and Rob for the construction and Granton for the beautiful etching of the Rotary Wheel, the craftsmanship is impeccable!

A big thank you to Rotary members Lesley and Ian C for the organisation of the project, and Doyles Timber and Hardware Blackwood street Mitchelton and Bunnings Keperra for the donation of materials. We have such a great community.
Locations will be announced very soon so watch this space! 
 
There is always room for more members and men seeking to expand their hobbies or craft skills so come have a look, the shed is open every Tuesday from 7am till 2pm and Friday Mornings from 7am till around noon.
